MFLC's Greater Germany

Description
Adds the Greater Germanic Reich of the German People under its third most famous leader, Lutz Graf Schwerin Von Krosigk.

UNIQUE ABILITY: TILL HIS LAST BREATH
When enemy Units are in a City's territory, nearby German Units gain Combat Strength each Turn.. Work Boats boost the Movement of adjacent military Naval Units, which in turn grant their Movement to stacked Embarked Units.
UNIQUE UNIT: VOLKSSTURM
Weak, standalone unit unlocked at Replaceable Parts that cannot be built. Instead damaged non-occupied German cities may spawn maintenance-free Volkssturm units equal to 20% of that city’s population, then losing population.
Volkssturm start with the Blitz promotion, and are stronger when adjacent to non-Volkssturm units and against armor units
UNIQUE BUILDING: MARINESCHULE
Cheaper and with none of the building prerequisites of the seaport it replaces, the Marineschule grants new naval units extra XP and bonus moves for its first turn, based on the number of capitals ever controlled by Greater Germany.

Here's an idea that would probably be a pain to implement. If your entire civilization is overrun, you (the in-game leader of the civ) can escape to a non-hostile city of your choice. While in hiding, you can still control all of your spies (maybe the civ should get an extra spy or two). Then, if you're able to pull off a coup in a city state, you take control of the city state instead of simply gaining it as an ally. To make the strategy worthwhile, you could even add a new victory condition unique to this civ, where you win if you can regain control of your former capital after being overrun

Post Hitler Nazi Germany? Not a civ I expected to ever happen. Cool uniques though
