This is a 1979 version sold by Commuter Vehicles Inc. I chose this version because it has more quirky bumpers. (It actually has the batteries placed in the bumpers, unlike the 1977 with short bumpers) This has a 28hp engine since it doesnt have instant torque like the electric 6hp'er, still has 3 gears, but the 3rd is just a battery saving gear. Also includes spraypainted wheels. Enjoy worrying about your battery level mid-drive!
