U.S. Navy Air Ambulance's Piper Cub

This mod brings the U.S. Navy Air Ambulance's Piper Cub into ACEO as an emergency ambulance. Developed during World War 2, those built from 1944 to 1946 included design changes developed for the U.S. Navy HE-1 flying ambulance, such as a rear hinged fuselage decking for stretcher access, a fully cowled 100hp Lycoming O-235-C engine with electrical system and a redesigned landing gear. It is estimated that around 100 of these models were built.
