IPGBlite - Logging DLC

Description
THIS IS JUST A DLC, IT WILL DO NOTHING WITHOUT THE MAIN ADDON

This is the logging DLC for my IPGBlite (Geo Blocker) Addon

It will keep generate log files for each day in the data folder on your server. It currently logs:
- Any type of kicks (due to blocked country or invalid ip)
- System errors such as failed update check
- Update notifications

Useful for debugging and checking how many users are prevented from joining.

This dlc is optional and only server-side, no need to make your clients download it.
