[Stock Replacement] HE Turreted Cannon seamlessly replaces (infamous) stock HE Turreted Cannon, lowering its mass and cost, decreasing profile, and vastly thickening the armour to make mounting this module on ships a bit less of a suicidal idea.
Muzzle velocity, and tracking speed have also been increased, while reducing the spread.

This replacer is not perfectly conservative with regards to weapon's footprint but should not break any designs using the original module.
