High-power Offset Spotlight

Description
For when regular spotlights just aren't enough, bring in the blindingly bright High-power Offset Spotlights instead.

This mod requires the Wasteland DLC

These lights are a separate block from the vanilla offset spotlight, which has 4x the light radius for 4x the power cost. These lights also cast a wider beam, without the big white bar of light emitting from the block.

These spotlights work exactly the same as the original offset spotlight in every other way.
