The SEGA Mega Drive actually had all the technology needed to run a Master System game like this, all it was missing was the cartridge port

Theoretically, this should be able to run

it's likely that this is the actual Master System bin file. Like, it would run on a Master System emulator if you took the actual file out and put it there, but not on a Genesis emulator.
