Description
This mod increase growth from buildings. Tested for Darthmod.

2 growth from trade port per turn. Are you seriously? After 60 turn port will give only 120 gold per turn. From building that specialized for trade?

Now buildings give about 3-5 times more growth per turn. Especially unique buildings like foreign trade ports, iron, railway.
Now your town growth with your empire, from litte town to megapolis.

Yeah it enables just fine but it has zero effect on my campaign, considering how much the AI is overpowered it would be fantastic if this worked.
