Currently working as of now

Boosts range of turrets
Player controlled if no targets in range

Connect arty turret, such as a hail, ripple, or foreshadow to make it work, then any other turret to apply the boost.
Shoots buildings if no enemy, or player is in range, and the arty turret has ammo.

Not recommend to connect all turrets
Some turrets cannot be boosted such as cyclone with plastanium ammo, it can be boosted with metaglass however.
