The Chessie Observation

Description
Livery of the Streamlined Observation Car for C&O's "Chessie", a luxury liner running between Washington and Cincinnati. Colored and matched to run with DennisTheCan's L1 Hudson.

Unfortunately I can't draw Chessie the kitten, so I dropped in the C&O logo.
