HL1 Blast Pit Vox

Description
Replaces the new Blast Pit overhead announcements added in 1.5 with the Classic Half-Life 1 announcer voice. Either use it by itself to help give Blast Pit that 'older part of the facility' vibe or use it in conjunction with another pre 1.5 Vox replacer for consistency.

Thanks! I had this idea yesterday about making only Blast Pit have the original voice, and it only took me a few hours to string all the words together. Luckily, CC's new lines only used words that the original Vox had lines for. Hope you enjoy!
