Amon'Tau Interceptor - Light Fighter

The Amon'Tau Interceptor was devolped to protect the slower cruisers, capital ships and residental vessels from enemy fire, but also to do hit and run tactics. After the Amon'Tau Interceptor was outdated the flotilla needed a new and better fighter. The new military knowlegde from humanity combined with their technology brought the Flotilla new possibilities and so they could develop a new and modern fighter, the Valkyrie II.

However the Amon'Tau Interceptor isn't as good as the Valkye II ,but in comparison it is stil more maneuverable and faster. Perfect designed for quick attacks and fighter hunting, but at least not as powerful as the Valkyre II, its stil used in the Flotilla.
