Over Road Bypass Train Station

Description
Over Road Bypass Train Station based on the vanilla elevated metro station. Uses my quad connecting station tracks for visual and functional compatibility with my quad train tracks. Both are required for this station.

Not MOM compatible at this time, but new information has revealed that it might simpler than previously thought to change that.
