[REC] Altor class support corvette

Designed as a replacement for the ageing Nautilus class the Altor class support corvette is far more capable than any other communications vessel in service to any other factor. It also doubles as an ECM warfare corvette and is capable of disabling enemy ship systems from a distance using it's advanced comm array on the front of the vessel (this applies to lore only you can't do this is game). It can also be used like a standard corvette in a pinch, but this is discouraged. It also serves as a long range scout ship as well again being benefited by it's advanced comm and sensor array.
