Ore Specific Refineries Mk4 ( + Stone Crusher & 1x1x2 Regular Refinery )

This is a re-worked and slightly improved version of my past Advanced Ore Refineries' Mods.

This version is NOT block swapable with my past versions due to the changes made.

Ore Specific Refineries MK4 now contains the following

- An improved trace ore yielding stone crusher ( uses the AVA Stone to Ores standard )

- 9 x Ore - Class Specific, higher yield ( 1 to 1, vs 0.8 vanilla ) and speed ore refineries

- Includes Small blocks of all the above !

NOTE - Due to an issue with Better Stone not moving to the correct refineries, I have added Small and Large Block 1x1x2 "do all" refineries into the mod to handle those ores. Sorry if some of your ores vanished when this was done from a refinery or 2, it couldn't be helped. It was that broken.

They are 1x1x2 blocks large and small.
