Description
Works with FU and also should with all other mods.

Adds / Changes for Coop play:
(1) Very slow base health reg for every character,
(2) 50% more base energy for every character,
(3) Much less hunger,
(4) Much lower Manipulator upgrade costs,
(5) Slighty better base Flashlight.
