Cho's Jester Rework

Description
Jester had 2 really strong skills that overshadowed most of his other kit, which were Inspiring Tune and Battle Ballad. Both skills have received nerfs so that it's not possible to get by using only those 2 skills. Harvest and Slice Off were a little too similar for my taste, so Slice Off was replaced by a new skill: Intimidating Tune. The new skill is a powerful single target debuff to give Jester his first offensive utility skill. To compensate for the Inspiring Tune nerf and to make Finale more desirable to use, it can now heal a few points of stress from the party on kill. Solo was made into a higher risk-reward skill, where it will now stealth all other heroes and disable all other skills from Jester except Finale. The spotlight is on the dodge buffed Jester until he uses Finale to close out his performance.

The main points of this rework are:

* Inspiring Tune and Battle Ballad have been nerfed
* Intimidating Tune replaces Slice Off
* Finale can heal stress
* Solo Stealth all other party members (and Finale destealths them)

Buff: Finale: +50% Stress Healed (8 rds)
+10-15 Dodge (from 20-30)
Others: Stealth (2 rds)
Disable skills other than Finale

On Kill: Heal 2/2/3/3/4 Stress

Cooldown: 3 rds

Inspiring Tune

I like it better as is. I feel like that change would make it a bit too efficient.

Ah sorry was rambling.. i meant Inspiring Tune can't be used on Jester and instead he gets half the stress heal when he targets an ally i.e Target ally gets +6 heal he gets +3

Also the Inspiring Tune change has been updated.

No more cooldown but instead you'll heal for -60% every 2nd round

Not quite sure what you mean by this:

"instead gets half of what he stress heals on the team so when solo/finale is used you cant just keep him backline and recover so easily"

Like Finale on kill stress heals himself for half of what it healed the team total?

Or Inspiring Tune also heals Jester when used on someone else for half the heal?

with your idea what do you think about making it so he cant target himself with the stress heal and instead gets half of what he stress heals on the team so when solo/finale is used you cant just keep him backline and recover so easily

that would be cool! i was thinking when i was playing with the mod maybe if the cd was removed but battle ballad was single target so you have to think on who to use it on to compensate... i love your idea with Inspiring tune too... just my playstyle with him i find him so much more useful as a support and picking the right time/target to nuke with finale... with the stealth mechanic on solo it gives him so much more utility but it also kinda balances him out as hes the only target so you still have to pick your moment :D

How about I turn the cooldown on Inspiring Tune into a stress healed debuff for the next round?

And it wouldnt stack, so if you just spam Inspiring Tune it goes full stress heal -> half -> full -> half

love the stealth mechanic on Solo but the cds on Battle Ballad and Inspiring Tune kinda feel a bit harsh for me haha... i normally run him with BB IT and Solo/Finale as a support with a nuke :P
