Cleaner Item Descriptions

Description
This is a fork of Better Item Descriptions that simply makes the tooltip larger and uses long phrases instead of abbreviations.
It also has working inscription comparison.
- sorts all stats by category
- item's passive power always the same blue color
- item's usable power - always yellow
- all rarity categories are displayed
- encumbrance value moved to the right under item name
- "on hit" powers always green
- "Stats" have an orange highlight and placed before others
If you hold ALT before mousing over an item, you can see its vanilla description.
Don't ask about what abbreviations mean, but feel free to suggest better phrasing.

Wouldn't it make more sense to use the same wording as the vanilla tooltips for the attributes while keeping them cleaner?
Power instead of Weapon Damage, crit chance instead of crit rate, amor and resistance penetration instead of "ignore".
I like the idea of getting rid of the abbreviations from Better Item Descriptions, but I would prefer if we kept it closer to the vanilla stat names that are also used in talents and the character sheet.

Inscription comparisons don't seem to work. When holding Ctrl, it shows the comparison tooltip (says vs. at the top) but doesn't show any stat differences. I also can't get Alt to work to show the vanilla description when mousing over items.

Hiya, this is a brilliant modt! Letting you know that in the last few hours playing I'm getting a lot of LUA errors from addons\cleaner-descriptions, which I believe this is. If I move the mouse too fast over all the items I get the error, as well as on come certain items all the time (and so I can't tell what stats they have). Regardless, when not erroring, this is such a helpful mod. thank you!

A fix has been added for certain items.

Thank you for creating this. The base mod is wonderful, but I greatly dislike the abbreviations the author used. This is much more useful to me.

I just wanted to let you know that, for items that were added and retrieved from the vault and had a level requirement added to them, the level requirement is not displaying with this mod even when the requirement is not met.

It should be safe to add mid-run, as it only changes how things display.
As always with editing in addons, no guarantees
