I came up with a random name for a company and made a map based on that company.
Agrethorn LTD. went bankrupt many years ago, but its legacy lives on in the hearts of the adventurers brave enough to explore its corpse.
This strange building was once a factory. There is a massive room with strange catwalks that move when a button is pressed. There is a secret room at the top of the tall chamber that can only be opened when a different secret button is activated.
Beware, among the adventurers are Agrethorn fanatics who know of secret passages though these ruined facilities. These fanatics are traitors, and have access to a hidden chamber with teleporters.
