Encounters are now only 1/4 as common.


Can you create a (insert number here) version?

No, but you can! Here's how:

Step 1: download the unpacked 4x less version[www.dropbox.com] and unpack it it into your starbound/mods folder.

Step 2: Modify the biomes/distribution.config.patch to numbers that work for you. Default numbers are included for reference. Trial and error will be required.

Step 3: Modify the metadata file and give it it's own preview file.

Step 4: Upload.

just made the 12x version. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3104375792 . If you guys found any bugs/errors about the numbers, spawnrates, etc, comment there plz. Used the unpacked 4x less version files

No they don't stack.

Howver, if you unpack these mods, you'll find it's actually pretty easy to make your own versions, as this only edits one or a few files.

I have to agree, I don't seem to find much other than an actual ton of cultists with beefy healthbars, even on low level planets. A 12x less version would be appreciated.
