Confined Brine

Description
A sand of miniature glass vestibules filled with briny ice, developed for MacCuile's ill-fated survey of the unusual optical properties of the deep sea.

This is a structural puzzle: no transmutation glyphs are available; only bonding and unbonding.

455 / 915 / 542 is the score for my test solution.
