I reduced the accuracy on the mark since it is incredibly strong if it has high accuracy (and 90 base is still above average). It's basically free +50% dmg round 1, which is the most important round, and it usually leads to a backline 1-shot.
Of course, the major drawback is that you sacrifice a whole skill slot for a one use damage buff. Could it be more interesting if it had 1 or 2 more uses but the mark damage went down from +50% to +33%?
