Cho's Arbalest Rework

Description
The goal with this rework for Arbalest is to expand her kit beyond Sniper Shot + Battlefield Bandage spam.
The biggest offenders in her kit were Bola and Blindfire, which exist as skills you only
ever want to use when there’s literally nothing else you can use. She now has 2 primary
roles, either as a utility/healer/supplementary damage or as a pure damage dealer.

thematic would be that you're rushing out the mark + shot since it happens in 1 round. Spotting a weak point and trying to hit it quickly

Ha I just checked and either I have a very old file or I actually edited the mark at some point to have +10 accuracy lol.

I'm not sure about that one. Maybe? I think I would have to try it and see. I don't think it makes a lot of sense for the mark to reduce your accuracy on a thematic level though.Honestly, I would be happy with 33-40% damage but 10-20 more accuracy.

How about making the mark guaranteed to hit, but it also lowers accuracy for the round? I'm thinking something like 5-8 acc

In fact, and I'm not sure why exactly, but I think it feels worse to miss with the mark than it does to land the mark and miss with the shot, even though that is clearly a worse outcome.

I would rather it stay at one use and the damage be reduced but not miss. It just feels really awful to miss. I also don't think the low accuracy is a significant balancing factor. You already want accuracy to keep sniper shot from missing, and it has the same accuracy, so the miss chance should be rather low. It usually doesn't even really impact the fight much when it misses. It's just absolutely infuriating when it rolls the small miss chance. I honestly think you could just boost the accuracy as is without changing the damage, and it wouldn't change much in terms of strength, but I would take reduced damage just for it to not feel awful 1 in 10-20 fights.

Thank you!

I reduced the accuracy on the mark since it is incredibly strong if it has high accuracy (and 90 base is still above average). It's basically free +50% dmg round 1, which is the most important round, and it usually leads to a backline 1-shot.

Of course, the major drawback is that you sacrifice a whole skill slot for a one use damage buff. Could it be more interesting if it had 1 or 2 more uses but the mark damage went down from +50% to +33%?

I completely missed that you had in fact separated your hero reworks into individual mods! This will make it easier to manage them as I really like some but not others. Speaking of which, this Arbalest rework is pretty much perfect. It is my favourite of your reworks, and honestly any rework I've seen on the workshop. My only complaint is that it feels exceptionally bad for the once per battle mark to miss. It applies no debuff or damage aside from mark, it really doesn't need to be gated by accuracy.

This seems an interesting rework.
