This adds a new loadout to Selicy.

The version of Selicy in this mod is more powerful than the basic version.
Two new high rarity spells are added with this mod and she has access to them right away.

This mod doesn't change her cosmetics.

This version of her isn't absurdly OP, but is preeetty OP.
If you want, you can buy removes and remove the new spells to make her more balanced.
