traps hurt redux (v.4)

Description
Minor tweak of traps hurt mod to keep traps (like poison) from one-hitting players early in the game when they successfully heal-pot.

Universal nerf on poison traps and explosions from traps hurt.

" Previous values were mostly 400% over originals. Current is about half that.
" Bumped up knockback effects about 33%
