Mobile Refinery

Provides a module to make ship function as a limited, mobile version of a refinery.

How it works:

1. Installing module reduces your generated power by some percentage (5% - 30% depending on rarity; displayed in tooltip)
2. Each second when this module is installed, it checks current ship's cargo hold, if it finds no ore or scrap, then that's it
3. Calculates available work on ship (this is exactly production capacity)
4. If ore or scrap is found, it calculates amount to process based on "work value" of lowest type of scrap or ore found, similarly to my refinery rework here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2242219307
5. Subtracts lower of (workRequired, workAvailable) from work available, and if there's nonzero work available proceeds to next scrap/ore.
6. Takes all calculated cargos (those that were processed)
7. Adds resources to controlling faction



Order of processing:

Scrap from Iron to Avorion, then Ore from Iron to Avorion
