No Out Of Breath Sounds

This mod sets the volume to zero for the out of breath sound that plays when the engineer has been running for a bit.

No other sounds have been modified (e.g. the regular breathing loop and the suffocation effects are still at the vanilla volumes)

Have muted the volume for both the male and female version of the out of breath sound, but only tested with male.
