Description

Kansas City Southern No. 4605 was built by G.E. in November 1999, as part of the railroad’s order for 125 AC4400CW locomotives. 75 went to the Mexican division while the rest remained in the United States.

4605 originally carried the ‘grey ghost’ paint scheme, which dates back to 1978. In 2017, the locomotive was repainted into Southern Belle colours (red, yellow and black or Brunswick green, depending on how dodgy your eyes are) and is still in service today.
