Destiny 2 Xenophage SFX & Firerate change for M60

Description
(NOTE: This mod does not change the model of the m60, only changes the firerate and sfx)

Changes the M60 to have the same firerate and sounds as the Xenophage
Damage is also increased to "300"
Firerate "0.50"
Gainrange "9999"
RangeModifier "1"
PenetrationPower "100"
PenetrationNumLayers "15"
PenetrationMaxDistance "9999"
clip_size "28" (Would be 13 but instead is made up of total reserves.)

I also don't really know if I messed with any other major paremeters with this script so yeah.
This version is the "limited" ammo version.
