“Atlas” Venator Star Destroyer

I loved Achenar design a lot BUT it did not support my gaming.

So I decided to modify the ship and now it is my number “1” ship that I use ALL THE TIME. Here are the mods done. I was not trying to stay with a Star Wars or Star Trek theme. I played more on the Luxury Yacht style that the Achenar brought to the ship with the windows. A Luxury Battle Yacht - that is.

The first thing that I did was repaint it all a solid white to give it that clean look and added some different textures to the interior. Basically give it a more open look too.
Larger Hanger bay doors and reworked hanger area. I enlarged the hanger doors, opened it up and added constructors / cargo around the hanger. The ship now has 6 Advanced constructors.
Added HV Hanger under the main hanger that will support 2 medium size HV. Also added a lower personal ramp in this area.
Added a Grow Area - with 33 plots
Added a landing pad. So I could land my SV, jump inside and then take off.
Added more Turrets
Engine room – this area I thought was very well done and wanted to show case it more. So I removed the walls and replaced with glass.
Added a wing and radar to the top – again to play on the luxury Yacht look
Added Transporter room
Added Officer lounge and Crew lounge
I did added a hatch to the top of the elevator to the Bridge that some would say is out of place or odd. The reason I put it there was more for easy of game play. Destroy an enemy ship – I can quickly get out and salvage what I want.
