Colored Gear (Light Ninja Masks) Patch

All credit goes to Seth for making the original mod Colored Gear.
I simply made this as a fix for an issue in vanilla which his mod reproduces by copying the items as they are.

I previously used other mods to do this very same thing but realised when using Colored Gear that it adds whole new items with their own stats which were set to Medium like the original Ninja Masks are, however these will now be their correct material and armour type on both coloured and uncoloured variants and you can enjoy your stealth bonus.
