Space Mold

Space mold is a parasitic fungus based faction that is generally peaceful, but spreads very quickly.
They are the natural enemies of the Farmers, because they use their own spore launchers to plant fungus pods on farmer barges, which sap away at the resources of the barges, collect blocks from far away, and generally just cause chaos. Space mold exists to hinder the development of other factions by blocking their access to resources, or just generate their own so quickly that nothing can stop their spread.

Because of this, Space mold does not have very many block types for their ships, since they do not need so much to survive. The only downside to playing as space mold is that they have no normal weapons. Instead, they rely on spore launchers, explosive spore litterers, and launchers that create the starter ship as cloned drones.
