Description
Hey, who turned out the lights!?

Alternative Download[drive.google.com] for GoG users.

Challenge yourself by playing the game with a limited vision range!
Get your bearings with the included scan ability, activated with your interact button (E).

Customise the Darkness™️ via the mod's options menu and adjust to your liking:
  • Default settings too easy? Reduce your vision radius or lower the brightness, or both!
  • Want to make nearby objects more visible, enable outlines! (Highly recommend turning on outlines on lower brightness settings)
  • Don't like seeing the sky? Turn it off!

(Should be) Fully local co-op compatible!


Please report any bugs you encounter in the comments, I will try my best to fix them.

KNOWN BUGS:
  • [FIXED] Cannot activate scan ability while in certain forced cameras.

Ok, latest update includes an 'Is Active' mod option for anyone who cannot reliably use the 'Mod Enabled' option.

I will look into adding a psuedo-disable option for people with large quantities of mods.

Rather have this as a badge tbh, i mean when i downloaded this i expected it to be a badge but when i started my game and mostly everything was black and i cant turn it off because if i do my game crashes with all my mods downloaded on the game when i try to turn off a mod lol.

Any chance you could make this like a badge or something? This seems like something that I wouldn't necessarily want to commit to, and turning something like this on and off frequently can stress the game out.

@☆APS64☆ You should be able to just disable/enable the mod via the mods menu.
