Relic and Arilasqueto's Deng Xiaoping

Description
Adds Deng Xiaoping's China as a playable Civilization. Deng was one of the most influential leaders of China's recent history, and his policies had a direct effect on the nation's development at large.

As far as I could tell, China's history is massively too large to be summarized. It might be because of the eras, especially Imperial, the ROC period which is until 1949, and then the communist period.

So that's why, the civilopedia entry has to deal with the history of the PRC that takes place from 1949 until the present time, ranging from Mao, to Deng, to Jiang, to Hu, and to Xi.
