The zombie has to try and collide with normal balls. Once he's collided with someone that person becomes a zombie as well. This goes on until either all players are zombies or the time runs out. If all players are zombies, the zombies win. If the time runs out, the players win.

Given how many players, the time should be adjusted accordingly. The aim of the game is to have fun, so if you come up with other rules to make it a more fun experience, by all means apply them.
