Faster Start (Forest Requirement)

Description
Similar to BK3000's Faster start mod, however it instead removes the requirement for a Desert world in the system instead of both Forests and Deserts.

DO NOT USE WITH THE DESERT VERSION!

There is a version of this mod that is a desert version, but as far as I can tell, it's not possible.
