I have been working on this map on and off for about 3-5 months now, and it is heavily inspired by an area that I visit a lot. This map is purely a passion project by me - as I wanted to see what I could do with some nice high quality textures and my experience with the hammer editor so far, and I think the results are more than good enough to publish to the workshop.
The map does not feature any cubemaps or reflections because due to the lighting and the masks on many of the textures, the map becomes too reflective. So run buildcubemaps at your own risk.
