New France under Louis de Buade

UA: Reply of the Cannons - Units start with bonus experience for every Luxury Resource traded away. Units generate Great Merchant points while Garrisoned in a city, relevant to their level.

UU: Marine Compagnie - Replaces the Musketman. Gets +2 Embarked Movement. Can build Forts in Neutral territory, claiming the tile and adjacent resources.

UB: Officialite - Replaces the Constabulary. Luxury Resources worked by this city generate +1 Local Happiness when traded away. Spawns a worker upon construction in a conquered City.
