Adds the Republic of Bolivia, led by four-time president Victor Paz Estenssoro, to the game as a custom civilization. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: REVOLUCIÓN NACIONAL

Great Merchants may write Political Treatises. Mines provide additional yields, and building mines on resources provides bursts of Great Person points; you may switch these yields upon writing a Political Treatise.

UNIQUE UNIT: MILICIA POPULAR

Replaces the Great War Infantry. Cheaper to train, and may build Mines. Yields Great Person points, based on your current Treatise bonus, when promoted.

UNIQUE BUILDING: RADIO MINERA

Replaces the Broadcast Tower. Contains a Merchant specialist slot. In addition to the normal Broadcast Tower benefits, the Radio Minera provides +5% Culture for every Political Treatise you have ever written.

Left: Mines provide +1 Food and Culture; gain Great Writer points when promoting a Milicia Popular or building a mine on a resource
Right: Mines provide +1 Gold and Production; gain Great Merchant points when promoting a Milicia Popular or building a mine on a resource
