Make a default uzi smg into / MP5A5 Stats way more balance

- Deals a pretty average damage
- Range increased bit more
- Little low recoil kicking
- Average accuracy
- Great penetration power
- Original Mag Size for MP5A5 is = 30
+ Pre-included L4D1 Survivor hands

It doesn't have everything that much in my l4d2 workshop, making some weapon scripts
to make a better way to use them in the game.
