Ozhara's Moving Water Pack V5 - Subtle Gridline Edition

Description
This is my moving water v5 (combining a smoother variant of my wave effects with my first static water terrain texture).

As requested by daaz.loki, this version contains a subtle grid that fits the one used in these terrain textures done by Clarktron.

Sorry for wall of text. :)

First line is the important one.

The rest of my 3 posts is just a description of the rest of AoEs mod system and it's buggy parts. Knowing these makes life with AoE mods much easier.^^

Do download a mod, just click the subscribe button.

Steam will then download the mod.

At your next game start, AoE will move the downloaded mod archive to your AoE game folder and start to extract it. This takes place while the intro is playing. The more data there is, the longer it takes, so for larger mods, don't cancel the intro too early.
BUT - nothing is done after the chess video starts, so for really large amounts of data, AoE needs to be restarted one or more times.

You can fasten this up for large mods by extracting them manually (from your AoE\mods folder to your AoE folder), or by using my mod manager.

AoEs workshop integration is really - sub optimal...
Beside several other bugs, there are no real organizing or uninstalling functionalities.

For the first, last downloaded mod 'wins'. In case you want to mix mods, you need to subscribe to them in the correct order to get them working as intended. Like above, beside mixing the files manually the only other solution to really organize your mods is to use my mod manager.

For uninstalling mods - HiddenPath thought we could use steams 'verification of game cache' feature. But this is not correct. This function just resets all files from the installation package of a game back to default but doesn't touch other (personal) files located in the game folder. While this is important for modding, this also means additional files added my mods aren't touched too and therefore remain until you delete them manually.

Sadly most stuff in AoE is modded by adding new files... (maps, campaigns, all non-terrain graphics, some soundtracks, some taunts, ...).
Here again, the only automated solution is my mod manager...

Just in case you want to take a look at it - my mod manager has to deal with AoEs workshop integration. This means you have to be aware of a few things when using it.
(You can't break anything, but you can mess up mod managers data in some cases which means some extra work for mod manager to get everything fixed.)
So I recommend to take a look at the manual first! :)

How do I add this to my game. New to mods and there is no instruction on how to use this.

In case you are interested in other mods I did,

here is a collection with all mines I did for now:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=169664396

A collection with all seperate water I released for now is linked above the description, but I didn't release all waters I did seperatelly, only the ons I as requested to do.

In general there are some really cool water mods available, cinematic water for example or summons hd waters (I personally just don't like the stones on the ground/shallows that much), they just all have the 'drawback', the moving is only visible where the sun is supposed to be mirrored in the water (the effect is created by changing color/brightness technically). My approach is to expand this over the hole screen - but therefore there are other drawbacks, depends on your taste which you like more.
