Yes works for all the maps. You just need to know the right name.

You can launch the map trow the consol, just open the console type for eg: "map de_dust2" without the "

Is there a way were I could get map files from my steam files, because when I'm in steam offline, my subscribed maps don't show up, so I get stuck playing on default maps :\
