This mod adds the Svalbard Territory, under Odd Olsen Ingerø, to the game! Requires Brave New World. If you're wondering why this got reuploaded, Grant kindly hosted it on his account until I was able to use this one, apologies for any confusion!

Svalbard - Odd Olsen Ingerø

Global Seed Vault: Cities receive bonus Food from Trade Routes to Cities with higher Population, equal to the difference between them (Max +10 per Trade Route). Receive a free Climatologist at Ecology.

Climatologist: Replaces the Great Scientist. Founds Weather Stations instead of Academies, which provide different yields depending on Terrain Type. After researching Ecology, may convert Oil and Coal into Biofuel, providing a large amount of Science.

Whaling Station: Replaces the Seaport. Provides Happiness and Gold from Sea Resources, with the Gold changing to Science after Ecology is researched.
