[V-RP] 104th Cerberus Elite - Phase 1

The 104th Cerberus Elite was a highly trained ARC squad within the 104th. They were assigned to Major Fang in the overarching Cerberus Group. All four members were added to the battalion right after the Battle of Abregado.
This highly skilled squad was tasked with various specialised missions as well as being assigned to escort high value Republic personnel.
