Good old MacDGuy playable piano but with extra features

This addon adds "Rorkh Piano" entity in "Fun + Games" category.
Extra features:
1. Piano pitch change
2. Ability to disable piano sounds
3. Ability to change piano play volume (not affects on musician)
4. The piano does not respond to your actions while you are in the console
5. Piano presets. You piano can sound like harp or synthesizer.

You can tune your piano easily in Q menu -> Utilities -> Rorkh -> Rorkh Piano | Client

TODO:
1. Ability to remap keys

Clientside Convars:
- rorkh_piano_pitch (0-255)
- rorkh_piano_disabled (1/0)
- rorkh_piano_volume (0-100)
- rorkh_piano_preset (accordion/organ/harp/guitar/eguitar/sax/violin/synthesizer/piano)

Server Convars:
- rorkh_piano_pitch_disable (1/0)
