Nearly 300 kph, the fastest STATUSRing time I've ever set - this is by far the fastest, and best car I've ever built.

The fruits of 2000 hours of labor, the Carnivore RSR is the culmination of everything I've learned so far, with nothing held back. Every element pored over, redesigned, tested, and redesigned again to squeeze every last ounce of blistering performance from a single small engine. I hope the results speak for themselves.



When this car was just a list of goals on paper, handling was at the top of the list. Traction control, all new active aero, variable ride height, and Mr. Cynical's amazing steering system deliver ultra crisp, highly responsive cornering. No compromises were made here, my milestone of a top speed in excess of 300 kph was happily sacrificed at the alter of precise handling. Combined with an all new braking system, the Carnivore RSR delivers lap times I thought were impossible on anything smaller than 5x5 wheels...



A laser focus on tarmac performance and lap times leaves much to be desired when driving on roads. Variable drive modes attempt to rectify this issue by adapting the car's throttle and aero systems to the rough roads of Stormworks. Simply tap the middle display to change drive mode.

Road - Redline and throttle aggression are limited offering better fuel economy and control over unpredictable surfaces, while the aero systems attempt to adapt the car's ride height to a more appropriate level for the street.

Track - No compromises. High revs, full power, aggressive aero with air brakes. Delivers the lap times.

Comfort - For increased fuel economy and longer drives, Comfort mode gives maximum ride height and more relaxed performance.



Record lap times anywhere. Press "3" to start and stop the timer. Press "4" to reset. Your current lap time is displayed on the right, while your last lap time is displayed on the left.



Carn1vore Composite Control. This is what I'm really most proud of. After 2000 hours of learning and testing, I've completely redesigned the control system which has been at the heart of every STATUS vehicle so far. Nearly every system has been thoroughly rethought, redesigned, and optimized while attempting to retain the characteristics which made them so nice to drive. A new digital dash (my first big lua project) offers a clear view of the car's vitals and allows the driver to change drive modes. The entire system is now composite, offering major flexibility in packaging - something which simply cannot be overlooked when designing small vehicles. C³ will be the heart and brains of new STATUS vehicles in 2021.



This has been a long one - weeks and weeks of design and testing to make something I hope you'll find special.
