This mod aims to limit the value/necessity of murdering sect leaders to spawn new ones that you can gift all over again. This is still doable, but if you'd prefer you can just accumulate connection over time through tasks instead. Because homicide should always be an option, but never the *only* option!

Adds a single point of connection gain to every task done!

Doubles the connection gain from tasks that already had it. Without the mod, giving a crimson fruit to a sect in dire need of it, to the point that their elder is going to die, gives 2 connection. Buying that same fruit from *any* sect regardless of their need costs 2 connection as well, on top of thousands of spirit stones! Now you get *four* connection, allowing you to later buy back double your investment in their time of need, so long as they're available for sale!

Reduces the cost of the Jade Essence task from 100 to 50, to balance it in comparison to the Stone Essence task which *also* only asks for 100 in the base game.

Currently does not effect hunt/destroy missions due to an as-yet-undiagnosed and uncorrected bug effecting the display of those tasks.

This should've been in the base game. It's really harsh when in vanilla you have to wait a full cycle for new sect tasks and only receiving one that gives you extra connection.

Great idea, thanks! This seems a lot better than the weird "murder sect leaders to make their followers like you" method in the base game.
