just to see what happens i did a experiment to see if you can stack them by starting a game with all 3 active. only the x5 remains active :laughing_yeti:

That would probably be possible if you code it, but have very little coding skills. Ask in the workshop section, or in the SM modd community on discord, there might be someone that can make such a mod for you.

nice there was a mod similar to this a long time ago. every time you researched something it increased the research needed in that category for the next items by 500-1000 and kept increasing it each time you researched something in that category. is that possible as a rule?

Exactly it will depending how hard you want it to be, change the base cost of research by 2x, 3x, or 5x of the RP needed.

Not sure if I get description correctly. The only thing this mod change is research cost?
