PFI Presents: The Ranger

A small off-road capable vehicle, the Ranger can be used for light transport duties across a planet or moon's surface, carrying two engineers and hauling a respectable amount of cargo for its size. Fitted with a large battery, the Ranger can be driven for days before needing to be plugged into a station or ship for recharging.

In its standard configuration, the Ranger is equipped with a medium cargo container, a cargo connector, two spare tires, and two piston driven jacks to make undercarriage and wheel repairs. And while communication and scanning equipment are not affixed to this craft, they can be easily added by any engineer.
