Grant's Tiele Turks (Zhenzhu Khan)

Adds the Tiele Turks under Zhenzhu Khan, chief ally of Taizong of Tang, vanquisher of the Gokturks, and the ruler of a short-lived Khaganate, known as Xueyantuo, that stretched from modern-day Kazakhstan to coast of the Sea of Japan. Xueyantuo's sister tribe, the Puge or Huige, would later go on to establish an enduring state with a culture and language that has survived to this day; the Uyghur Empire.
