Typically one says they'll delete comments for 'trolling' when they're trying to keep any and all criticism to a low, I've seen it lots across the internet whether it's game publishers silencing negative reviews or a streamer who only wants praise and will remove everything else to maintain it.

So yes, this technically would fall under hate

I will only delete comment like trolls, racist, hatred and scam which is a negative and damage comment, and what comment that I consider it as 'criticism' is a comment about bug and issue. So you will never see some trash comment in my mod.
